Increase Your Fertility Potential in 3 Months


 

3 months is an optimal time to really work on improving your fertility potentail.

If you look at the way the sperm is made in a man and the way the egg develops in a woman, a 3 month time frame is really the minimum to try and help improve egg and sperm quality. Along with that,  my 17 years of experience of working with couple’s who’re trying to conceive, has shown me that 3 months is a realistic time frame to expect to see improvements in parameters of your health which are important for your fertility. Hormone health, thyroid health, adrenal health and nervous system health (the areas that support us through stress), gut health, immune regulation- realistically I want to have at least 3 months to help optimise them. These areas of your health  are vitally important, it’s not just the egg and the sperm that we need to consider.

The key areas that I think you need to be working on over the next 3 months are:

1.Minimise your exposure to toxins.

2.Review your supplements to make sure you’re taking what you need to and if what you are taking is necessary and actually going to help.  Please do this with myself or another practitioner.

3.Create solid health habits with both your diet and exercise

4.Optimise your health- work to ensure your blood tests, hormone studies, temperature charts, semen analysis etc are all within optimal reference ranges. You’ll also want to ensure that all areas of your health are optimal including your gut health, hormone health, stress response, immune regulation. These areas are all addressed with someone like myself or with your own practitioner.
